- Zwangerschap
- Afwijkende anatomie
- Hypotensie/sepsis
- PD-interventie
Contra-indicatie: NSAID’s
Laag risico post-ERCP pancreatitis
- Chronische pancreatitis
- Eerdere sfincterotomie
- Pancreascarcinoom
- Routine galwegstentwissel

Structured alcohol cessation support program versus current practice in acute alcoholic pancreatitis

- 1ste episode acute alcoholische pancreatitisProblematisch alcoholgebruik, gedefinieerd als AUDIT score 8-15 (man) en 7-13 (vrouw)Informed consent

- Ander etiologie na standaard diagnostisch work-up (Echo, Ca, triglyceriden

Studie 3: PWN-core
≥ 2 van de 3 criteria
- Buikpijn
- >3x verhoogd lipase/amylase
- Aanwijzingen voor pancreatitis op CT
Studie 4: De VITA-GrAID trial
Onderzoek naar de effecten van het Gronigen Anti-Inflammatoire Dieet (GrAID) en ileocolonisch-getargete Vitamine B2/B3/C capsules (Colovit) op het beloop van de Ziekte van Crohn en de gezondheid van de darmflora.
Inclusiecriteria
- Milde Crohn (Montreal L1, L2 of L3)
- Tekenen van mucosale inflammatie:
- Calprotectine in feces ≥ 100 µg/g
- Bereidheid tot volgen dieet EN slikken capsule
- Leeftijd ≥ 18 jaar
Gebruik van medicatie (biological, thioprine, etc.) in onderhoudsdosering toegestaan.
Exclusiecriteria
- Zwanger of geeft borstvoeding
- Glutenvrij of (volledig) vegetarisch dieet
- Symptomatisch stenose
- (Sub) Totale colectomie in de voorgeschiedenis
- Hemicolectomie, ileocoecaal resecties toegestaan
- Gebruik van methotrexaat, protonpompremmers of antibiotica
